Did you know that 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem in the UK every year?

 

With the impact of lockdown, it has never been more important to talk about mental health. This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is centred around Nature, which has been a huge part of many people’s lives since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
