Condover Supported Living has won the prestigious National Learning Disabilities & Autism Supported Housing Award for its exceptional service and person-centred approach to supported living. The glittering ceremony was made even more memorable with celebrity guest Peter Andre in attendance to present the awards and celebrate the achievements of dedicated professionals in the sector.
Condover Supported living is part of Condover College which had a strong presence at the awards with several finalists being recognised for their passion and excellence:
- Donna Shrimpton was a finalist in the Frontline Leaders Award, celebrated for her outstanding leadership and dedication to staff and service users alike.
- The Opportunities Programme made it to the finals in the Sporting Chance Award, recognised for using physical activity to build confidence, promote wellbeing, and encourage social inclusion.
- Tracey Hughes was honoured as a finalist for the Support Worker Award, acknowledged for her empathy, creativity, and commitment to going the extra mile.
- The SaLT (Speech and Language Therapy) Team was a finalist in the Breaking Down Barriers Award, highlighting their transformative work in accessible communication and support.
