For Halloween, Harley Road decided to host the ‘The Spookiest Halloween Picture’ competition.
They had some wonderful entries and all are winners in our eyes, but after much deliberation from the Harley Road residents, the winners were Kyle and Lewis from the Day Opportunities Programme. There is a prize to be gifted to the winners and certificates for all participants. A huge well done to them and all that took part!
